Your statement "No water comes out" is rather ambiguous, do you mean that no water comes into the machine from the lines or no water pumps out of the machine to drain??  If it's the latter and you have a flood after trying to drain the machine you may have blown a hose under the tub.  It could have come off a fitting or blown a hole in the hose itself, or the pump could have a crack or a bad seal, lots of possibilities.  The only way to really tell is to pull the machine out from under the counter and check the under side.

From the info you have given I would try checking the water solenoid valve. Either the incoming line is leaking, the fill hose line is leaking or the solenoid itself is leaking.
