When I turn on my plasma TV the green light turns on but there is no picture just sound ? ? ?

the screen is black, I've tried to press buttons on the remote but NOTHING will show up on the screen. . .how do I fix the screen ?

im not sure if my problemwaslike urs, but  mylittle brother (6years old) splashed his oj from his cup , got into the wires and functions inside. samething sound and no pic. maybe wire inside got busted. i dont know how to fix, im sorry, not a mechanic or wat ever here.

There are several problems that can be the root cause of your problem description. They range, for example,  from a failed fan (thermal overload problem) to a failed power supply. There is no way to diagnose the exact cause from the brief description you have provided. The correct response to your problem is to contact your manufacturer, if the unit is still under warranty, or to look for a local service repair center that is qualified to work on your brand and model TV. P.S. If it is a thermal overload problem, you may be able to reset this condition by unplugging your TV for 10-15 minutes. Plug your TV back into the wall outlet and retry powering-up your TV. This may allow you to again watch your TV, but the thermal problem will eventually occur again and you will see the same issue. This type of problem will eventually require service as well.
