Question

can go to recovery option but will not recover from backup disc, system restore under problem signature say auto repair will not repair
signature 09 says fix partion table
signature 10 says 1168
under repair action only failed action partion table repair error code 0x490
root cause found no OS on disc
can get to command promt
What do I do now??
