When I turned air condition, the fan doesn't work att all, what should I do?

check your fuse box.turn it on and off like really hard. by really hard i mean like push it back and foward hard

Did you check the fuse or circuit breaker?

It may be a bad t-stat take t-stat off wall and take the red and green wires off and touch them togther this should turn the fan only on if it does get a new t-stat if not it is something in the unit maybe the motor
