When I upload pictures on my computer how do I upload them on picasa because sometimes it doesn't do it auto?

Most of the time it will upload them on picasa2 automatically but sometimes it doesn't, how do I get them on there?

Right click  File  (top right) then click Import from, and chose device;

Or chose locate on disk if you have down loaded it from your device.
