Actually this wouldn´t make no sense, because by buying the DB Card you can buy tickets for a cheaper price. Why buying a monthly card?

Unless you can buy the monthly card for a cheaper price, but I doubt this.

I had a DB card 25% (I saved 25% of the regular price).

If you mean a monthly travel ticket for your city, the answer is no. The Bahn card only works for inter-city or international trains, mostly when you ride the ICE. It won't work on tickets for s-bahn, u-bahn or tram.
