Question:

When I wake up 1st thing is drink a glass of water, should I mix it with liquid Chlorophyll or drops of lemon?

  1. I like to put lemon juice in my water, but I usually have it at night. It helps balance the pH levels in the body. Lemon is good if you have a particularly acid diet, too. Plus lemon juice is high in vitamin c and it can even whiten teeth!

    I have never taken liquid chlorophyll. I eat my fruits and veggies! :)


  2. Definitely lemon juice freshly squeezed in a glass of warm water.  This will alkalise your system, but do not eat your breakfast if you are having starch, until one hour later at least as the two mixtures are not compatible.

  3. Liquid chlorophyll would probably be more beneficial but why not both?  A web search for "liquid chlorophyll" + "health benefits" will give you a lot of useful information and a similar search for lemon would also be useful.

  4. my grandmmother lived to 93. she started the day with a glass of hot water with lemon. i have tried as well, and i feel very cleansed throughout the day.
