  1. Something this serious should be asked of a medical Doctor. Try seeing your ophthalmologist and have them evaluate you ever so often. That is the only way to get a good answer about something this serious. Really.

  2. You can have a Dr. X-ray your eye and it will show if there are any pieces still lodged (that need to be removed) or if there is any permanent scarring.  This is especially common in people who weld alot and have to have the metal shards removed from their eyes.  Believe it or not, our eyes are quite resilient and you should be fine, with no future vision issues.

  3. well it depends on where it punctured in your eye if you are seeing fine now there will probably be a downfall later on

  4. If you didn't get medical help then you should consider visiting your doctor, the last thing you need is to develop something and not catch it on time, so visit the doc, have them xray it, evaluate it and then take it from there.  Also mention to your doctor if your eye hurts or if you see blurry, etc.,

  5. Not very likely. If you got it treated properly.  If your having problems with your vision to some extent now go to your eye doctor and let them know how you feel about it.  They can tell if there was permanent damage caused by the glass.
