When I watch movies on iTunes the words don't match up to the body!!!?

Question

Whenever I watch a movie on iTunes the movie runs slower than those talking. So, the picture will be in a different scene but with different words...How can I make this stop?

Install the proper codecs by using something like K-Lite Codec pack and do not use iTunes to watch your movies
