Something popped up saying for security reasons when you log in your desktop will be different, said something like that anyway when I got on it was a whole new desktop, my background or wallpaper was gone all files were gone, everything that I had put into it was gone? Well I logged off and got back on and everything was back but what would make this happen? I did just run spybot and I know they have something new called tea timer which pops up all the time for security reasons. Thanks to all who can help me!!!

  1. 1. save yr desktop items and my documents on any drive like c:,d:,e:

    2. open control panel --> user account --> now create a new account

    3. log off and logon with new account.

    4. install any good anti virus(if u had already installed, remove it through control panel then install another one and scan yr system)

    good luck

  2. I don't know if your problem is connected to Tea Timer but I got rid of SpyBot because of the same annoyance. I don't really think it had anything to do with your desktop error.

  3. You need to check ur spybot s&d definitions as well as ANTIVIRUS Definitions. Install a good anti virus like KASPERSKY or NORTON. And do not install anything that u get frm da net. MAke sure it has a DIGITAL CETIFICATE (like microsoft and other reputed companies have). I think this is due some adware. If PROBLEM PERSISTS, contact ur Computer admin or some technical person to come and format ur PC.

    lol i have it to

its the new spybot its ******

use malwarebytes its better or use to older spybot

that question sorta asks the same thing

    maybe talk to them

the interface is really annoying on S and D

  5. don't worry this is normal!

if windows system files get crashed while you log in to it, it will act like this,  but when you will restart your computer back everthing will be ok.

this a normal process due to the tight security option available in recent windows versions.
