When I work out I have never been able to sweat. I turn really, really red and swell to the point my joints hurt so bad I can't work out anymore. When I was thin and did karate people used to ask are you okay? I'd look in the mirror and I looked horrible! I stay hydrated. Now I'm a little overweight and have the same issues, but now I have severe knee pain to the point I can't even go down on my knees whether working out or not. I've been to a rhuematologist and all tests came back negative. I've had all kinds of blood tests. I've been to an orthopedic surgeon. I eat healthy, have very little salt and always drink lots of water. I tried a bikram yoga class and in the heated room I got so hot and all my joints swelled to the point I had to stop. Anyone else have this?

  1. That's a question for your physician it seems you are  retaining water because your joints are swelling . It's not normal you should have your physician do some more investigation on your condition . I wish you all the luck and have a great day .
