When Is Summer Comming (UK) ???

It's now 6th June which is normally the peak temptures and heat. Well it's like 15 degrees and raining in June? Does anyone knoe when the good summer weather will start again in the UK ??

Pretty soon. I live in the south of Norway and we've had in the past two weeks a high pressure and temperature reaching 29 degrees Celsius. In fact, Oslo has been the hottest capital in Europe for a few days.

But, fear not: a low is moving in over the Norwegian Sea and it will bring cooler temperature here, next week. Meanwhile a high pressure is building up over the Bay of Biscay and moves toward the British Islands. Your weather will improve very soon.

You, unfortunately, have been under a weak cyclonic system for a while now. I went to fetch a small aircraft in the Czech Republic last week-end and followed closely the weather. A weak low with associated rain and thunderstorm was lingering from southern England to the middle of Germany. That is gone now and the high pressure over Biscay is on your way. Enjoy!

Heck, we are asking the same question here in Vancouver, British Columbia  CANADA!

It is only 12 degrees here, rainy and cold!  And it doesn't look like it is going to get better any time soon.  Rain for the next 6 days and temperatures no higher than 15 degrees.

Good to know that we not the only ones suffering, and, of which, are also baffled by this uncanny weather system too!
