When Jeff Gordon retires do you think he would try to seek a spot as commentator?

I would hate for him to go on Regis and Kelly.. that would suck. I would love for him to do some color commentary, maybe with FOX or something.. that would be great!

But Jeff says he'll likely do something with Hendrick, seeing as he is part owner of Jimmie Johnson's car, and would like to stay involved with the sport somehow, and of course, spend more time with the family.

He's also said that he would like to run Le Mans.

Maybe down the road but I think he will relax at home, with his family, immediately after he retires.

Nah...I don't see him as a commentator. There's a slight chance he'll host some sort of tv show, but thats like a 5% chance in my book.

i hope Micheal Waltrip does, he's funny as all get out, those Napa commercials are just d**n funny. Im sure Gordon will, he could have just as big of a pay day so why wouldnt he?

Jeff would be a great commentator..and my pick for co-host is Michael Waltrip, what a hoot that would be...can you not see the humor in that match up..lol

I don't think he will.  It can be very time consuming to commentate in Nascar.  I think he will spend time with his little girl.  He may get invloved in televsion in another way.  He has a home in New York City, so he may do some TV there.  You never know, he may try acting if the schedule is easy.

I'm not a JG fan, but I do enjoy it when he is on Regis and Kelly.

I don't know if he will or not, but he is very good at commentating, I've seen him on Regis and Kathie Lee/Kelly before, he does have a knack for it.

A good co-host? Ken Schrader..
