When Lance Storm was the triple title holder in WCW, did he ever get a shot at the world title?

I remember he had the U.S title, hardcore title and the cruiserweight title at one time, and he also became one the main heels at that time, but I can't recall if he ever challenged for the heavyweight title.

no i don't think he did, but he was a great tag team champion

both companies dropped the ball on him

No, I don't think he ever got a title shot at the WCW World Heavyweight Title.

WCW dropped the ball with him, but the WWF/WWE was even worse.
