When My Boyfriend Fingered me I started bleeding. Why?

So my period ended yesterday morning and then my boyfriend fingered me last night. It hurt a little bit, but at the same time it felt good. I think he may have tore something. But I dont know. It only bleeds when i go to the bathroom or rub my finger over it. Should I be worried.
