  1. kills as in spikes , blocks , number of serves over the net and digs as in diving for the ball and getting it off the ground ..hope i could help :)

  2. ok there are serves and missed serves, kills (spikes), digs (good passes), and assist sets for the setters, tips, blocks and, touches

  3. First or all, you should probably be in a decent shape. when just a little on the heavy side, it gets hard out there. you need your basics: serve, approch, blocking, tipping, digging, bumbing, seting. you excerise daily and run about 5-6 miles a day. some people might think this is for fun, but it's serious and hard work. Volleyball is not just a sport, it's life!

( i've been playing for 11yrs. i know just about everything you need to know, trust me! :)

  4. kills, good sets, bumps, serves, serve recieve, what type of play you do like a horseshoe play, serve misses all those really.

  5. You'll notice that sometimes stats are pretty arbitrary.

Kills - When someone puts the ball over to the other side and gets the point (either hits the floor or ricochet's out after first contact).  Some people say this is only after spikes, but I count dumps and stuff too.

Blocks - When a player successfully blocks a hit.  Some people count touches that can be played on.

Assists - When a player sets another player for a kill (very similar to basketball).

Aces - When a player wins a point because of his/her service (kill off a serve).

Digs - When a player successfully passes up a hard hit (I don't know that everyone keeps this one).

You can keep other stats like errors or something like that, but that's pretty much it.  Hope this was helpful.

  6. love of the game

  7. ok some things that really matter are the serves. they are crutial to the game. if you cant serve the u lose. also something that helps me. you need a serve to pass, a good pass to set, and a good set to hit. its really very simple.

  8. the things dat really matters is group work, effort, and their ability to work together.

  9. there are serves/missed serves, spikes/ missed spikes, digs/missed digs,  sets/missed sets , tips/missed tips, blocks/missed blocks,and libero tracker.
