  1. I do not know how old you are. So do not know if it is a civics lesson here or a mere Q.

    The Indian Constitution is clear about Parliamentary Democracy. It is like any other such democracy.

    Your options are not correct about running a Govt. Maybe your Q is not well formed.

    President is only a Titular Head. He is followed by the Vice President.

    PM the real head. When he is away, the next and Senior Minister takes over, and so on.

  7. the key executive is the prime minister and in his absence the seniormost minister will be the key person. the authorities mentioned in the questions have no direct role in running government.
