Prince William of Wales is currently dating his long time girlfriend, Kate Middleton. Although no royal engagements has been announced, there are speculations that the pair will eventually tie the knot. Also, I highly doubt Prince William likes to "l**k the other side of the stamp", so I'm not quite sure where you got this idea from.

There can only be one Prince of Wales at a single time. Prince of Wales is a title traditionally granted to the Heir Apparent to the reigning monarch of the United Kingdom. The current holder of this title is Prince William's father, The Prince Charles, Prince of Wales. The only person(s) who may use the title of "Wales" at the end of their names are sons of Prince of Wales, and their wives as a "courtesy title."

Note: Same-s*x marriages are not recognized under The Church of England, therefore, the monarch will not "bless this union". In other words, if Prince William was g*y, his partner will not be welcomed into the British royal family nor will he be granted any royal titles.

Even if Prince William did ever marry a man, hereditary titles and other courtesy are exempt from being shared in such a manner in the United Kingdom. The husband of an earl does not become an earl or a "countess".

The same thing goes for transgendered individuals, one cannot change one's s*x to gain a title or to have a spouse use that title.
