When Programmes are repeated are the adverts repeated aswell or do they have to pay to advertise again?

I know boring question but i was just wondering if the adverts were the same or other people can pay for that slot?

  2. No, advertising time is sold separately from any programing. It may be sold to be shown during that time slot, but a new ad will appear at that time with a re-run of the same program.
