yes!  they over reacted.  it was a joke with the green bay fans  who have a tradition of mooning the visiting teams busses.   the green bay fans who  knew what was  going on were not  upset why should  anyone else be??

He didn't even move a piece of clothing, just made a gesture in the air.  I think the NFL and fans in general have been over reacting.  I didn't find anything vulgar about it.

It was hilarious!  And it was great for television.  They put worse stuff on cartoons like the Simpsons, Ren and Stimpy, or Beavis and Butthead.  Complete overreaction!
