  1. It comes as no surprise. After all, what would expect from a pack of rabid jackals? That is what the Republicans are, after all, just a bunch a sneering, drooling, rabid dogs.

  2. As they should be mocked...

if you let yourself get fooled by a fool...

    you should be mocked....

  3. Yes. Yes they do.

I think Sarah Palin's whole commentary on Obama's service to the community was inexcusable.

Why do the Republicans look down their noses at regular people who try to build community? It's insulting.

Frankly - I find it to be wholly UN-American.

I would also like to make the observation that Sarah Palin herself surely doesn't mind slurping out of the public trough - getting help for her special needs child and all that.

OH! But I guess that is only for Republicans.

  4. I think its another example of just not getting it.

As someone said, the Rep convention looks like managers and bosses.  The Dem convention looks like the rest of America.

For each boss, there are hundreds of workers.

And money and position aren't counted for extra when you vote.

It had been so long since I heard, even lip service paid to ordinary Americans that for the first time I could understand Obamas appeal.

At least someone knows they exist, that they are tired and need to be able to afford health care and education for their kids.  That they aren't just interchangeable time cards.

Repubs put down honest hard work, they think if you sweat, its because you are stupid, they never credit anyone else with having intelligence, and would appreciate it if we remained cowlike and complacent.

But, I think we have had enough of worrying if big business gets another subsidy, or another tax break,  we want to see something for our hard work.  We don't want to go bankrupt like the people down the street when that wife needed treatment for breast cancer.
