  1. No, because I already know the truth of the Sabbath.  So it makes me want to explain it to them -- but since they've already made up their minds that I am unable to understand the Bible, they disregard my instruction as coming from Satan.

  2. I keep the Sabbath.  I never thought that Sunday keepers were marked with the beast, but they should know that their worship is in vain because God won't accept it.  I don't understand how a persons feelings can cause someone to not seek the truth.  That sounds so stupid.  The truth shall set you free.

  3. Not all Sabbath keepers believe that Sunday worship is the mark of the beast.  If I were a Sunday keeper and I heard this, I would doubt the accuser, since the mark, as described in Revelation, deals with economics rather than religion.  Also, I tend to believe that the mark of the beast is permanent, so changing from one day to the other would have no effect on my relationship with God if Sunday was that mark.

  4. Nope. It tells me sabbath keepers have no problem with making vile accusations against others with stuff like this that has no biblical support.

It tells me they are hypocrites.  It tells me they claim we should keep the law while demonstrating their neglect of the law.

Fortunately there are a few who don't do this in regards to this particular example, but there is still a tendency to insist we keep the law while they themselves don't keep that same law.

  5. It makes me want to remind them of this:

1 Corinthians 13:1 If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.

And, yes, it also turns people away from wanting to learn more about the Bible. I put it in a class with those who tell people that disagree with them about scripture that they're going to h**l. Let's let God be the judge of that.

  6. Not all Sabbath keepers believe sunday is the mark of the beast... it's meerly the first day of the week
