  1. When they first started their service they were required to develop such a receiver.  They claim they did, but never marketed it.  Now they claim they will.  They've broken just about every other promise they made to the FCC, Congress and the American people, so don't hold your breath.


  2. Not yet without a third party adaptor. However, after the merger, most experts expect the two stations to merge several of the identical channels and make all available to subscribers of either current service. There will be several packages at differing price points.
