You don't need to punch his knee. Punch him in the gut and take his wallet. He won't be able to run after you.

PS: do not really do this! Some people stick things down their casts to scratch themselves, and I suppose they could stick money down there, too; and I suppose if they did they might 'lose' it down the cast, but it's not a high enough probability to make it worth punching someone over.

yep. If it is below the knee you get $3 and if he broke it above the knee you get $7 for every punch!
