When Starbucks gets your order wrong and replaces it?

When Starbucks' got my order wrong, I called the store and informed them. I was told to tell the staff on my return trip to say, that Kristy said I needed a .....I can't remember the phrase she used. Something like, "replacement drink", but not quite. It was an unusual phrase. What have any of you been told to say for your free drink?

just go in and say you were in there earlier and your drink got screwed up. Explain that Kristy told you to come in and get a new drink on the house. Typicaly most places keep a record book of complaints, so if the person you are talking to acts confused ask if they have a book it may be written in. Also, Kristy may be there, so you could always ask her if the staff doesnt have a clue. Starbucks staff is always perky so they should be helpful.
