  1. May I ask you a question...

Why do you want to get pregnant at 20?

What about living a little more before taking on something like that?

    3.  eat healthy eat lots of fruit and veg

    4. keep a note of your perods.

    5. keep carm and relaxed

    6. have fun making your baby

    7. i wish you all the luck in the world all my love xx

  3. errmm y do you purposely want to have s*x at 20?

  4. after having s*x elevate your hips and honestly the best thing to do is not to try and it will happen

  5. I also had very irregular periods and the best advice that I got was to have s*x every two days (even when you don't feel like it). That way, you'll be able to have sperm always waiting for the egg in the fallopian tube. Having s*x more than every two days could cause the sperm count of your partner to decrease which could lower your chances of falling pregnant. Recently, studies have also shown that the missionary and doggy style positions could be the best positions to deliver sperm to the entrance of the womb. Good luck!

  6. I highly recommend the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility".

Next, with irregular periods, you may want to see a doctor and find out why. They may or may not be concerned, but that is up to them to decide.

And finally, also with the irregular periods, it would be very beneficial for you to use an Ovulation Prediction Kit. If you are willing to put in even more work, and are interested in knowing more about your cycles in general, try charting your basal body temp (www.fertilityfriend.com). You will eventually make out a pattern in your temps which can help you pin point ovulation.

Oh and you could also track other fertility signs such as cervical mucus. Cervical mucus changes throughout your cycle, but during your most fertile phase (the days leading up to and during ovulation), it should be very wet, clear, stretchy and slippery. This is called "Egg white cervical mucus" and it is ideal for sperm to survive in and travel through.

    Good luck.
