When Will they learn?

Question

To quit counting out Minnesota...it didn't work when everyone called them the worst Team in the division and couldn't name more than two people on the roster...It doesn't look like it worked when they were told thay have a gas tank and they would run out also the Minnesota has the best record in the MLB against one Division which luckily happens to be the Al Central (31-18..no team has reaqched 30 wins yet against thier Division) and this is all happening when Minnesota has never faced the Seattle Mariners(Snickers).......Usually playoff picks on here are either the White Sox which of course I can agree with being right...but than the Tigers....I mean more people over look the Twins (I would be lucky to see one guy say the Twins other than the Tigers)...does anyone know this is even a Baseball team?

I know this sounds like im bieng a Crybaby...but come on

They are unbelievable.  To do this without Johan is incredible and they still have Liriano waiting in the wings.

I completely agree with you. The Twins are the most Under Rated Team in the League.

When the Twins win away from the Dome.  Not saying the Twins are bad, but your team's bullpen ERA says it all.  Number 1 at home, 30 away.  Your team has a lot of ugliness in your pitching staff, you have to admit that.

And I think the Twins are WAY better than the Tigers.

--By the way, can my White Sox have Justin Morneau?  You guys basically gave us AJ in the long run, I'm thinking we want Justin too.  "Sorry Paul, you are gonna have to sit on the bench, we got Justin."

They r actually pretty stacked without santana. They have joe mauer, gomez, and morneau.

The Twins have surprised me this year.  Going into the season I thought it would be a Cleveland/Detroit battle with Chicago in 3rd and Minnesota in 4th.  Ron Gardenhire has earned my respect.

By the way the Twins are much better off without AJ.  Because they got rid of him they were able to acquire Joe Nathan, Boof Bonser, and Francisco Liriano.  One of the most one-sided trades in recent memory.

I agree with you. The Twins find new ways to contend every year, this year is no exception.

The bullpen is the only thing that people keep pointing out...forget the fact that their young rotation has taken away the need for a deep bullpen!  They are a great team at getting runners home and Gardy is one of the most underrated managers in the league.  THis franchise is not stupid, they know when to let guys go for younger guys to take over and keep on the winning ways.

Would you really want AJ back instead of Mauer?
