Does the bank send you a letter to let you know that your home is foreclosed, giving you a certain amount of time to leave.

  1. Yes

  2. Yes - they own the house now.

  3. the sad answer is yes because it is no longer your home.  the bank owns it.  if you trespass you can be arrested.

  4. Ahh, yes it becomes their property..

  5. Only the sheriff can escort you out.  They can't just one day go change the locks when you are not there.  The bank does not own your stuff, and cannot keep you from it.  But if you ARE served with eviction, they will forcibly remove you and your possessions if necessary (they being the sheriff).

  6. yes.  end of conversation.
