When a camcorder says it has a built in LED light...?

does it mean it will work like it would if it had night mode..

just wondering cause im buying a new camcorder

no, the LED light is the little red light that lights up when you're filming so peopel dont get caught off guard, it could also be a reference to a light to brighten the room your filming but that is not the same as a night mode, night mode is more akin to night vision used by the military.
