  1. Usually there is only one father, but there can be two (rarely more than two). However one set of kittens will be from one father, one from the other. If the kittens are wide in their variety of markings this is probably due to genetics. A wide variety of parentage of the 'Queen' and 'Tom(s)' can result in a wide variety of colours and markings.

    It is possible that more than one male can co-fertilize a single egg. Sounds out there to me... but look at the cats. Ask any vet.

  6. probably not EACH kitten,BUT a litter of kittens CAN be fathered by different sires,because if the female mates with more then one male,when he bites her neck it makes her release eggs,and they get fertilized,so there for yes,litters of kittens can have different fathers...
