For those who served it is insulting. I bet that if you were face to face with a Vietnam vet (me) that would not be stated. All of us did our part when it came to the vietnam War.

The poster Scott White is a REMF.  In Nam they were referred to as Rear Echelon Mo F's.  or in the rear with the gear.  Scott never served so it is hard for him to technically be a REMF but he poses as one on YA.
