  2. Although I'm not a professional :), I'm guessing that it processes both. It's not like the water is changed, just more stuff is added.

  3. Not really. Take, for example KoolAid. When you mix the KoolAid into the water and add sugar, it's no longer water and your body will recognize it as a sugary drink. The same is true with these packets.

  4. i agree with jenny. If you look at the ingredients on the side of a soft drink you will probably find the ingredient Aqua or water. So if you mix in you flavor pack and the solid is fully absorbed you body will recognize it as a soft drink
