normally yeah,that's one of the body language for 'i'm interested' - twist/play with hair. you'd maybe want to take notice which direction her shoes point at, if they're pointed towards you then she is interested. and try sitting next to her, when she crosses her legs, if the leg on top is facing in (to you) she likes you..

I don't think her playing with her hair, is any sign of her liking you or disliking you.  I think you have to go with a lot more than that, how does she look at you? How do the conversations go etc.  Its better to not assume things, but to make sure, and its usually more noticeable than someone playing with their hair. good luck as it sure does appear you like her!

I read a book that says it's true.  It also said that the person will lean forward and touch their face.
