Its usually a liquid similar to the liquid that lubricates her v****a. Mostly water though. Sometimes it can be urine or a substance similar to s***n (minus sperm and other proteins). Most girls that squirt do it naturally and involuntarily, but I have no idea if it can be learned.

I assume you are a girl.  Well, when you have an o****m, you release lubricant that is stored in your v****a.  As far as squirting your lubricant, I can't say for sure if that is real or if someone pumps water inside you for that effect.
