When a guitar is in standard tuning, and all the open strings are strummed, what is the chord?

Some dumbass told me it was an Em11, but i think hes wrong.

  1. Go to the site jguitar and you can find any chord you want by clicking on the strings and frets you want. It will then tell you what that chord is.

  4. Its an F Chord lol. None of the frequencies of the notes are balanced. However, there may be an official name.

  5. It is not a chord at all. Chords are manipulations of a particular key with respect to your tuning in Hz. You must look at it as in tune. which for standard tuning is 440. this means that all of the strings vibrate at the same 440 Hz rate. This tuning is considered Major C.

  6. I don't think it is a chord....but I'm not sure.
