ahh but u see one thing i learned about dieting is it should be a lifestyle change, like if u put that in ur mind slowly u will stop craving fatty foods and desserts and instead ur taste will change into more healthy foods, so some people say u shouldnt cheat AT ALL

but of course there are some to say u should deprive urself, so eat what u want but in moderation!

so yeah go for a day and get some food that u enjoy but in moderation because if u dont do that it will set u back on ur diet

lets say if u usually eat 1 slice of cake, eat half this time, so that way u fulfil the craving wihtout s******g the diet
