A kind of difficult question to answer but here goes,, maybe he means that you are cute, nice, kind etc. He could also be referring to you as his "honey". Whichever way you look at it, take it as a compliment though, i'm sure he meant well...

charming...   a nice emotion, but not like  OMG SHES F*CKING SMOKIN HOT!!!

in other words theres nice qualities about this [sweet] person, but not much drive/desire to hook up as well.  nothing stands out....  or at least, thats why i would say someone is sweet...

to me it would mean "kind and soft spoken"

but it may mean different things to different people

she is caring and compassionate.  she treats others with kindness and tries to see the sunny side of life.  she makes you feel good because she does things just to make you happy- because you being happy makes her happy.  she is considerate and appreciative. and when you are around her, you cant help but smile!

When someone says to me that a person is sweet - I take it that they are polite, kind to others, thoughtful, respectful...etc.
