I am a woman and I work with all women except one guy. He is young and I notice he gets alot of attention from all the women at the job. I don't like him b/c he acts immature. I think he about 23 yrs old. To boot, he is always looking at me and it makes me feel uncomfortable. He was cordial in opening the door for me once. He made a nasty comment to me today and pokes fun of me. I completely ignore him and I don't like him. I just happen to notice today him staring me down with a displeased look. I didn't do anything to this fool. He pissed me off with his dissapproving looks and staring and laughing. This is the reason I don't like him and talk to him. This is more a female behavior. What the h**l is his problem? Is this dude g*y or something?

  1. It's great to be the guy working with a bunch of women.  The women will fall over themselves to get even a tiny bit of attention from a guy.

Chances are he likes you a bit, at least in appearance.  And if all the other women give him a lot of attention, then you will stand out as the one who does not.  This can make you a bit more attractive, as your a challenge to get attention from.

    Just ignore him...

  2. Ok this is coming from a guy's perspective. First off this is just common place whenever there is a disproportionate ratio of gender like this. Usually the person will either be or feel alienated from the opposite s*x or like you mentioned garner a lot of attention. I go to a school where the ratio of guys to girls is 3 to 1, so you know the girls are lovin it.  back to you co worker, sound like he's enjoying this attention he's getting and you may not be showing him the same love as he's getting from the other ladies. he might think your jealous or stuck up or something dumb like that. You can try to deal with him in a few different ways other than ignorin him

    1. Try to talk to him in a friendly manner, maybe you guys can be cool

    2. confront this dude and tell him how you feel, hopefully he'll understand and chill out, if not you could be dealing with an a*****e in which case you can

    3. Tell your boss, because you reall dont have to deal with this dude, your there to do a job, not be in high school again (this guy sounds immature anyway)

Wow I said a lot I should come up for air.

    Good luck!
