  1. no die, no damage.

    no traps from hand period unless by card effect.


  2. No, if your opponents monster attacks and you activate Woboku the monster doesn't die it justs negates the attack.

    Thr answer to your other question is also NO because you can't activate any trap cards from you hand even if they are counter traps like Magic Jammer.
