Those ionic foot baths will turn colors even if they are run without your feet in them. The color is merely corrosion of the electrodes.

Soooo, when a person is in a steam, it is

hot enough for all that person's pores to open.

Out pours the sweat and along with it the

impurities THAT THE BODY WANTS TO

GET RID OF.

  The body will send toxins OUT OF THE BODY, in either urine,f***s and sweat.

  To my knowledge, there have been no

studies that pinpoint the exact toxins or

the percentage of each that are removed

from anyone's body.

  Please remember:  Each person has a different set of toxins and their amounts,

so it would be impossible to know how much is removed (in a general sense).
