  1. No. It's a one time fee.


  2. It may depend on the brand, but Avid, who my dogs are chipped with, has a one-time fee.  If you move, you pay to change the information, but other than that, there are no charges after the initial registration.

  3. No. They put your info on a chip and put it "IN" the dogs neck or ear.  Only pay the fee 1 time.

  4. Not in Manitoba.
