Question:

When a "Submit' button on a Flash form is not working, what could be the problem?

I'm trying to log into a Samsung's web-page and the log in form is a flash form. I can type in my username and password, but the button to submit this information does not seem to be working at all (neither is just pressing enter). I already deleted Internet History, Cookies, etc and restarted computer. I also downloaded the most recent version of Flash. Any other suggestions?

  1. If you use IE try this, open IE, go to tools, options, Advanced tab, click the Restore advanced settings button, then Reset... button, that will restore most of IE settings to its original state, in many case it will fix the irregularities of IE.

Try to use a different browser, like mozilla firefox, sometime a different browser is better on certain site, here's a portable one http://portableapps.com/portable_firefox which you don't need to install, double click the download file will unzip the content, and in the folder double click the firefox, you will get a new browser, best for trying or mobile use.

Try a different time, sometime, the web site need to take a break.

    Hope this helps.
