  1. Don't think a rear wash/wipe facility is included in the M.OT.

    As long as the front is working it should be fine.


  2. Rear wiper/washers fitted to a vehicle must be in good working order and are subject to M.O.T scrutiny under the road traffic act

  6. Rear washers & wipers are not required on any vehicle by law and are not part of the MoT inspection, so it will not be a fail.  

    It makes no difference whether they are not fitted or whether they are fitted but not working.

  7. As almost everyone else has said they're not part of an MOT.

  8. On my old car it passed 2 MOT`s without the rear wash/wipe working.
