  1. I would not use this egg in baking because it will alter the recipe because there are two yolks but insufficient whites.  It is not worth the chance of hindering your effort.

  3. I would count it as 1 egg because the eggs are sized without regard to what's inside the shell.  If you don't put in the second egg, you won't have as much moisture as the recipe needs.  A large egg measures roughly 1/4 cup liquid if that helps you decide.

    If you were separating the eggs for the recipe, I'd count the yolks as 2 and the whites from that one as 1.

  8. gah u people. the volume of the egg is the same be it one yolk or two. if the recipe calls for two eggs then use two eggs.
