Actually they say the opposite, if the woman really wants to be pregnant the constant thinking about it or wanting it can cause unseen stress on the body and fertilization just doesn't happen. Not true in every case, but look at all the couples TTC and they want to get pg and just haven't yet. speaks for itself.
