just ask when you get there.  it really depends on where you are going.

Your trailing off there....are you talking on a walkie talkie?  Did I hear a Niner in there?  All inclusive can mean just about anything.  Some hotels offer all inclusive happy hours but they choose the brands and the menu offerings.  I went to a four star hotel for a "All Inclusive" Happy Hour and the only beer they had was Miller Lite.  I drink Bud Light with Jager usually and they had neither of those.  It's like going to an all you can eat buffett and all they have is fried onion rings and salad.  Then, there are a few that when they say all inclusive, they mean it.  Resorts outside the US and Cruise ships usually make these offers.

All inclusive includes local alcohol, we always tend to go all inclusive and I drink Vodka and have never been charged.

doesn't say what but I'm guessing your asking if they'll automatically use local alcohol???? and the answer is probably because Bacardi is prob not on all inclusive.
