Do you find yourself trying to get to know people in the line ahead of you?

Do you strike up a conversation with the guy washing car windows in the street?

What should you do when it feels so still and silent?

  1. sometimes the ones around you feel like strangers on the street, i get more from the man washing my car, with just a smile then i do from the ones i live with.  your family and your friends mean well, yet we all take each other for granted, and we don't value for who they are but what they can do for us.  everyone needs to be needed, however being wanted is so much better, and if i find someone who wants me around just for a smile to brighten their day, then it's definitely worth the effort!♥

  2. It is a human need.  When friends start to feel strange, we get lonesome and scared so any acquaintance seems a potential friend.  We need someone to be close to.

No, I don't strike up a conversation with the guy washing car windows.

But I do strike up a conversation with the maître at the restaurant.

    It pays!!

When it feels so still and silent, I don't want anyone to disturb me.

I sit back and enjoy the moment.
