When am i going to ovulate?

my last lmp was 7/17/08, i usually have a 30-32 day cycle i am having a lot of cm today but it is not stretchy, it is kind of like watery/lotioney... what are my chances of conceiving if i have s*x at the time of ovulation this month? me and my bf are both 23 years old
