  1. Don't worry!i've started at 16...

  2.   i    think   it   depends    on   how    developed   you   are .

i     started    mine    at    18  .       you    are    only    12   so   dont       worry    about   them    yet   ,

when    you    do    start  them      you    will   be   wishing   you   never  got   them    ,      i   hated   every   month   with    the   head aches  .   tummy cramps  ,  pmt  ,   the   lot .

  3. The current UK average age for the menarche (first period), is 12 years and 11 months. Though of course there is a wide variation.

  4. Don't worry, you are still perfectly normal. I started my period when I was almost 14. Im 16 now, and some of my friends have only just started- they are 16! It means you are still growing, so don't worry about it. You will definitely start soon if you have noticed these changes in your body already. If you get to around 17,18 and you still haven't started, then its time to see your doctor. You still have a long time until then, so don't worry about it. If I am perfectly honest, they aren't all they are cracked up to be anyway. I'm sure soon enough your friends will start moaning about how much of a pain they are to have in school. Seriously, don't worry about it =]

  5. probably soon - but you can never tell. there is no way to speed it up or slow it down, it will just happen naturally.

just relax about it - worrying and stressing will slow it down, and stress can stop your periods completely.

it will come when its ready! (but by what you ve said, its round the corner)

  6. You need to know more about puberty development, breast development and "when expect first period" - see below

  7. soon, no need to worry. What's the rush?

  8. Its different by everyone.

As one steps into puberty, the body starts producing hormones.

You'll notice that your b*****s start developing etc.

The timing is different by everyone.

    I wouldn't worry about it.

It's very rare for it not to happen after you have become 14.

It is possible for it to happen only at the age of 16, but that is so rare I never heard of it happening.

It should happen any minute now, so like I said, don't worry about it.

  9. when your body is ready to handle it but here let me tell you when you do start you will wish you never oh and a little thing to put your mind at rest i never started till i was 15 and now i wish i never so just dont wish you did because your not going to like having them lol i was just like you waiting around for it to happen and now i wish i didnt lol xx

  10. Ask your mom and other female relatives when they started (sisters, aunts, etc.). That will give you a hint. My mom started at 16, me at 15, so it's gonna be a similar age but not exactly the same.

  11. when your body is ready - there is no set time, it's different for everyone.

  12. You're still young, enjoy it. Believe me, you won't want it once it's there :)

  13. when your bodies ready, it's as simple as that. if you put your body under pressure its stressing it so it'll happen slower x

  14. You'll be starting soon, don't worry.  People start at different times.  I started at 9.  If you get to be 15, and you still haven't started, your mother should be taking you to the doctor.  But, it will come soon enough.
