  1. The animal is aggressive and would attack other people

  2. they are not ALWAYS - now if say you have a bear savaging a child shooting the bear to get them off with a snowball chance of saving the child is a no-brainer

If its something like a dog that is living with people and they have shown a mindset that mean they are not safe well.....

BUT if your dog bites ONCE a child who was picking it up by the whiskers - that is sometimes ruled not animal fault.

And we won't go into farm animal such as a bull that are seldom handled by those without knowledge ....

  3. who knows but good thing it's a quick death and not drawn out!

  4. the human? When an animal attacks they tend to bite down hard hitting big organs causing immediate death.

the animal? If they do it once they can do it ago and that risk is big enough to have the animal killed

  5. idk idk my poor baby sheba she bit some ones little brat that they couldnt keep in there own yard i had signs and she was on a chain and shes gone now because a mother chose not to watch her child (sobbbing)

  6. revenge

  7. The human or the animal?

  8. cause were week and defencless against animals. they are stronger than us.
